Well, if you go to that website, the Congressman who drafted the bill has put up a message that basically says, "NO, Congress did NOT draft a bill saying spamming is OK!! Anyone directing you to this site is LYING!" Thought so. (And LOOK at the length of this spam...my GOD!)
